How to Signup for WebWolf Paas

We have put together this quick tutorial to get help you get signed up on our Platform (PaaS).  There are a couple of points we would like to highlight during the signup process and that you will need to bear in mind.

Please Note:

The two most important requirements for signing up for a Trial Account or a Full Account is a valid working email address, one which you check on a regular basis and your cell phone number.

Your email address is very important as our system will email you details about your environment and provide access details. You will also receive notifications about your environment and account balances and limits.

Your cell phone number is required because during the signup process you will receive an access code which you need to enter in order to complete the registration process. In order to maintain and ensure security of your account, and after you have completed the signup process, you are required to enable Two-factor authentication (2FA) which adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to username and password, you are required to enter the code randomly generated in the authenticator application on your phone. When 2FA is enabled, you must use an access token instead of normal account password to authenticate while using API.

When upgrading from a Trial Account to a Full account, we may ask you for your Name and Address and Company details. This is primarily used for billing purposes. WebWolf Hosting is committed to keeping your account information safe. Please also read our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

2Factor Authentication

Step 1. – Initial Signup Form

This is the first form you will encounter and here you must enter your valid working email address.

Step 2. – Initial Signup Login Screen

After clicking on the “Sign Up” button pictured in the image above, you will see the form below. You will then need to go to your mail inbox and you will receive an email from us containing a button link which you will need to click in order to activate your account. You will not be able to login to your account until your account as been activated. Our email will arrive very quickly.

The next step is to check your email and Activate your account. You will also receive your initial access details and other information relevant to your account and you will find few helpful links to get you started quickly.

After clicking the Activate Account button, at the next screen you’ll need to enter your password, you can use the password provided or you can choose your own.  Please use a strong password with numbers, mixed case letters and special characters. Then enter your cell phone number, hit Send and wait for the SMS containing your 4 digit PaaS activation code.

Thats It! Signup Process Complete

Your Signup Process will now be complete and you’ll be logging in to your Dashboard. If this is your first experience with Cloud Hosting, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need assistance. Remember your email will contain some helpful links to get you started.

You can Upgrade to a Full Account at any time during or at the end of your 14 Day Trial.
